VochaBox Technologies ("VochaBox", "we", "us", or "our") provides cloud-based RADIUS authentication, billing automation, and remote network management services for MikroTik network operators and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your information when you access or use our platforms and services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

• Operator Account Information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials.
• Network Configuration Data: MikroTik RouterOS identity, API connection parameters, RADIUS client configurations, and IP/MAC identifiers necessary to execute billing and proxy services.
• Subscriber & Accounting Logs: Session accounting records (RADIUS Accounting packets including Acct-Input-Octets, Acct-Output-Octets, Session-Time, Framed-IP-Address, and Calling-Station-Id) required for quota calculation and connection management.
• Payment Information: Mobile Money transaction references, amounts, and settlement statuses via integrated telecom aggregators (e.g. MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Paystack, Flutterwave). We do not store private MoMo PINs or payment card CVVs.

3. How We Use Information

Collected data is used strictly to:

• Authenticate hotspot and PPPoE subscribers via RFC 2865 / 2866 compliant RADIUS protocols.
• Automate voucher generation, subscriber provisioning, and Mobile Money payment verification.
• Provide encrypted, zero-public-IP Remote WinBox tunnels and health monitoring alerts.
• Comply with applicable telecommunications, tax, and cyber-security legal obligations.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including end-to-end TLS encryption, secure credential vaults, and firewalled database clusters. Router API passwords and sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest.
