1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using VochaBox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, ISP, or corporate entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

VochaBox provides cloud software for Internet Service Providers and hotspot operators, including RADIUS authentication, billing synchronization, voucher generation, subscriber lifecycle management, and secure remote router access.

3. Operator Responsibilities

As an operator, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative credentials and router API passwords.
• Ensuring compliance with local telecommunications licensing, ISP regulations, and cyber-law requirements.
• Obtaining appropriate consent from end-users connected through your captive portals or PPPoE connections.

4. Billing & Free Trial

VochaBox offers a 30-day free trial for new operators. Following the trial, subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual). Network revenue collected from your subscribers via integrated payment gateways goes directly to your merchant accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

While VochaBox strives for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for third-party network outages, upstream telecom gateway downtime, physical router failures, or loss of revenue arising from internet disruptions outside our direct control.
